We all know that we should eat less animal products to support both our planet and our health. Eating less meat is already an upcoming trend, but what about natural fats? Becel asked 2twintig to help contributing to the discussion about healthy fats and margarine as a healthy vegetal variant.
We chose for a structural and long-term approach. Networking, meeting new people, acquainting and building upon the reputation of Becel are crucial. Moreover, we introduced new products and brought new campaigns to the attention of the audience. The Becel Drinks are a good example of a new product which was introduced in combination with the campaign ‘Plants are the new cows’.
The introduction of ‘Plants are the new cows’ caused a lot of stirring. Politicians responded enthusiastically with nice Tweets, farmers reacted quite negatively, and lovers of natural nutrition were super enthusiastic about the Becel Drinks which we sent them. This resulted in many publications.
Furthermore, we keep on working on extending our network, we find proponents of vegetal food and have very interesting conversations about our future nutrition.
