Child care organization Kibeo is a big presence in Zeeland and the Randstad. And although they have a lot of knowledge to share, they do not very often step out proactively. 2twintig was asked to help the organization with their external communication towards the press, stakeholders and parents.

Before we get started, we always research data & insights. Relevant research findings on trends and developments in society and the industry in question form the basis for an effective PR strategy. We also looked at publications about competing childcare organizations.
After this, we mapped out which topics suit Kibeo and on which themes they want to enter into dialogue with the media and other stakeholders. The goal here is to increase brand awareness and authority. 2twintig helped the organization prepare all the necessary basic documents, such as Q&As, key messages and storylines and then set to work on a proactive communication approach.
