For a few years now, 2twintig has been helping the World Trade Centre in the Netherlands. We support the two branches, in The Hague and Rotterdam, with internal and external communication. For example, to increase engagement with tenants or to strengthen ties with the surrounding area.

For example, 2twintig helped with the PR surrounding the large-scale reopening of WTC Rotterdam and we organized an exhibition during Open Monument Day. Our starting point for this exhibition was the organization’s brand values and associated storylines.

We visualized these using archive material and other objects that matched the theme of Open Monumentendag. Of course, the CO2-neutral character of the building also came to the fore, enabling us to present WTC Rotterdam as the Building of the Future.

For WTC The Hague, we came up with a new tagline, also based on the brand values and target group. In addition to internal and external communication, we also help WTC with crisis communication and issue management.
